Seit 2006 veranstaltet der Jazz-Club im Festsaal der Stadthalle ein Konzert mit der NDR-Bigband. Im Vorprogramm spielt immer eine Bigband einer unserer Schulen aus Neumünster. Für diesen Event ist der Festsaal bestuhlt und fasst bis zu 450 Personen.
